"All Our Children" project is a part of Promoting People's Performance Program (PPP). PPP is an initiative encouraging Sara Lee/DE employees to share their knowledge and skills with the communities they operate in. PPP's aim is to encourage all the employees to join actively the community life and help them in problem solving. Such an involvement has a positive impact on the company's reputation, increases employees' morale, their skills and, most of all, their relations with the community.

PPP welcomes initiatives from any Operating Company, department or group of employees. Anyone can start a program to make the concept of Good Corporate Citizenship into something tangible. Every year excellent performance is recognized through the granting of the PPP Awards, including USD 10,000 project donations. In addition, PPP Recognitions will also be granted to earlier PPP Award-winning projects that have been continued successfully in the consecutive year(s). However, involvement is expected from everybody all year round.
